So this Saturday myself and four other co-workers, one of which is my sis-in-law Sarah, will be descending on the Hasbrouck house down in the Springs. We are running in the Zooma Half Marathon on the Broadmoor property. We are pretty excited and would love any fans/supporters- Pam, Wally, Carrie, Issaac - I am talking to you:) The race starts at 7 am and we are hoping to be done around 9:30am. I understand that is an early start so breakfast afterwards might be nice as well. Just a thought because I would love to see you all! P.S. I am not sure if Larry will be coming with yet as he might have to work OR he might be doing his own race up in Beaver Creek. I am not sure if that sways any decisions but I thought everyone should be aware to avoid disappointment and/or false expectations.

How did the race go?
It was BRUTAL. Not only was it just hills and I mean HILLS but it got really really hot towards the end. Everyone was exhausted at the finish. It was not the best pick for the 1st time half marathoners so that is too bad but overall it was still a fun time. Thanks for coming to dinner and hanging out on Friday night. We ended up just showering grabbing sandwiches and going after the race. Thanks for asking about the race.:)
